How to Apply
STEP 1: If you believe your child meets the admission criteria, email infinityacademy@thearcoftheozarks.org and ask for an Application for Enrollment.

STEP 2: After we receive and review your application and supporting documents (birth certificate, current immunization record, academic and behavioral/discipline records from present school or school last attended, IEP, Most Recent Evaluation, or Section 504 Plan, Psychological Evaluation, Occupational Therapy Evaluation, Speech/Language Evaluation, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Functional Behavior Assessment and Behavior Intervention Plan, Proof of Diagnosis, Physicians Orders for Current Medications), the Director of Infinity will reach out to you.
STEP 3: During that call, the Director will discuss if Infinity Academy is a right fit for the student. If so, a visit to the school will be scheduled for both the parents/guardians and the student. This will be a time for you to ask questions and see what our program at Infinity has to offer.

STEP 4: After a tour of the school and program, the family will sit with the Director for any further questions. At this time a second visit will be scheduled for the student to come and sit in on classes, participate in our extra curricular activities, meet the teachers and ask questions as needed to determine if Infinity Academy is a right fit for them.
STEP 5: Families and the Infinity Academy staff can evaluate their experiences and determine if the student will be offered placement into our program.
